At Sawtooth Vans, every bedframe is built to order and shipped directly to you.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States. No hidden fees—what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Processing Time
All orders are custom-built in-house and typically ship within 4–7 business days from the date of purchase. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Method
Orders ship via standard ground carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), depending on size and destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- 2–5 business days (Western U.S.)
- 3–7 business days (Central/Eastern U.S.)
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information to follow your delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Sawtooth Vans is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect addresses.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work quickly to make it right.
