Make a road trip to Boise Idaho, and receive same day installation of our custom built platform bed frame. Typically installation takes 2-4 hours depending on the build and any changes requested. 

Description: You name it we can do it! The Custom Bedframe Installation Package must be purchased with our Custom Bed System. The installation package covers the cost of labor for the installation, 2 sheets of high quality 3/4  plywood. 1 carpet installation kit. Full Paint Coating Kit. Our standard color is Satin Black. Please specify if you would like a different color or texture in the notes upon checkout. 

Communication: After purchase of the Installation Package our customer service representative (Ty) will make contact with you and schedule your installation that best fits your schedule within 24-72hrs. We will discuss the dimensions of your bed to ensure that you are more than satisfied with our product. The installation typically takes 2-4 hours. You can always text or call Ty at 20187612744

Warranty: Sawtooth Vans offers a non transferable lifetime warranty on our steel bed frames and Bed Kits. In an instance where your frame has an issue a claim must be made with Sawtooth Vans. The claim can be submitted by sending an email to SawtoothVan@gmail.com containing photos of the damage. We will direct you to a shop that can make the repair locally or mail you a replacement part for your frame. We ask that the customer pay for the additional shipping charges if this occurs. Our reputation is valuable to us and we have yet to have a warranty claim.

Shipping: We do not offer shipping on our installation package. Our shop is located in Boise Idaho. We will do all we can to accommodate your installation schedule. 

Refund Policy-Returns on Installation Packages  

  • We understand that circumstances can change for the customer. 
  • We will do our best to accommodate a change of installation date if needed to help make your installation a success. 
  • No returns on items that have been installed.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • We will refund 80% of the dues on installation packages. 
  • Custom products are not eligible for exchanges.
