Welcome to Sawtooth Vans LLC. We are a small family owned custom fabrication shop located in Boise Idaho. Sawtooth Vans started in March of 2020 (Covid). Our company specializes in building custom bedframe kits for the Ford Transit 150-350 vans.
The bedframes we offer are designed to not damage the interior paneling of your passenger or cargo transit. Our frames are very strong, light weight, rattle free easily removable and ship nationwide.

ï»żDescription: The Custom Platform Bedframe Kit is designed to be strong, lightweight and easily installable into your Ford Transit Passenger/Cargo Van. There is no need to drill holes to the interior paneling of your passenger transit with this bed frame kit.Â
Our Standard Custom Bedframe Kit comes packaged with everything you will need to install the frame into your van, including 8x2 inch stainless bolts with nylock nuts, 14 self tapping screws to mount your plywood into the van, 2x 17mm mounting bolts. The Standard Bedframe Kit is welded in house, out of stock .065 1.25 inch square tubing and ships to you in bare metal. (Check out our paint coating service if you would like it painted at an additional cost)

Shipping: Standard Custom Bedframe Kit ships within the United States and Internationally. Most products ship via UPS or USPS. The customer is responsible for import taxes and fees on international shipments.
Damaged or Missing Parts:Â In an instance where you receive a damaged package a claim must be made with SawtoothVans. The claim can be submitted by sending an email to Sawtoothvan@gmail.com containing photos of the damaged packages and damaged products. The email must also include your order number as well. Do not discard any of the original packaging or try installing the products. We take pride in valuing our customers and will do our best to make you happy.

All sales are final. NO refunds are given only exchanges if items are unused.
Custom products are not eligible for exchanges.
We are not responsible for return shipping or refunding the original shipping amount.
Warranty:ï»ż Sawtooth Vans offers a non transferrable lifetime warranty on our steel bed frames and Bed Kits. In an instance where your frame has an issue a claim must be made with SawtoothVans. The claim can be submitted by sending an email to SawtoothVan@gmail.com containing photos of the damage. We will direct you to a shop that can make the repair locally or mail you a replacement part for your frame. We ask that the customer pay for the additional shipping charges if this occurs. Our reputation is valuable to us and we have yet to have a warranty claim.
