Sawtooth Vans offers a non-transferrable lifetime warranty on our steel bed frames and Bed Kits. In an instance where your frame has an issue a claim must be made with SawtoothVans. The claim can be submitted by sending an email to SawtoothVan@gmail.com containing photos of the damage. We will direct you to a shop that can make the repair locally or mail you a replacement part for your frame. We ask that the customer pay for the additional shipping charges if this occurs. Our reputation is valuable to us and we have yet to have a warranty claim.
